These terms govern account access, acceptable use, subscriptions, payments, ownership, service limits, and dispute handling.

Service

Atlas provides feedback tools and reports.

Atlas provides hosted customer feedback, survey, reporting, support, account access, and related customer-experience services for business customers.

Business Authority

Atlas accounts are business accounts.

The person registering, purchasing, activating, or managing an Atlas account represents that they are authorized to act for the business. Atlas may review business authority, account ownership, billing authority, or access rights to protect service continuity.

Authorized Users

Access should stay with the right business users.

Business customers are responsible for controlling who can access their Atlas account. Atlas may support user changes, account recovery, administrative review, or access transfer when reasonably needed to protect the business account.

Entitlements

Product access follows active rights.

Product access is controlled by active subscriptions, paid orders, admin-granted entitlements, or scoped custom offers. Access may change after cancellation, nonpayment, refund, chargeback, expiration, upgrade, downgrade, administrative correction, or misuse.

Connected Systems

Atlas may use connected internal systems.

Atlas may use connected systems to deliver survey rendering, reporting, onboarding, activation, analytics, support, billing records, and operational workflows. These systems may exchange information needed to provide and protect the service.

Limits

Access may be suspended.

Atlas may suspend, limit, correct, or revoke access for misuse, nonpayment, security risk, unauthorized use, unlawful activity, or activity inconsistent with the applicable purchase, grant, or service scope.
