Connected Systems

Atlas systems may exchange service data.

Atlas may use connected internal systems to provision tools, display reports, activate accounts, manage support, maintain operational records, and process customer feedback workflows.

Some records may be retained.

Customers should configure Atlas tools to avoid unnecessary sensitive data and to collect information reasonably tied to the business purpose of the survey, report, or follow-up workflow.
