Atlas may use connected internal systems to provision tools, display reports, activate accounts, manage support, maintain operational records, and process customer feedback workflows.
Atlas may retain billing, security, legal, support, backup, analytics, or operational records where required or permitted, even if certain service data is corrected, removed, or no longer displayed.
Customers should configure Atlas tools to avoid unnecessary sensitive data and to collect information reasonably tied to the business purpose of the survey, report, or follow-up workflow.
