No Abuse

Do not misuse the platform.

No spam, harassment, impersonation, malware, scraping, unlawful collection, deceptive outreach, or attempts to bypass platform controls.

Data Rights

Use data you are allowed to use.

Only upload, submit, request, or collect information you have the right to process. Do not use Atlas to collect unnecessary sensitive information.

Feedback Integrity

Keep customer feedback honest.

Do not use Atlas to create fake reviews, impersonate customers, mislead respondents, suppress lawful customer feedback, or selectively solicit only favorable public reviews.

Respondent Experience

Do not mislead people answering.

Questions, incentives, exit links, and follow-up prompts should be truthful, appropriate for the business purpose, and consistent with applicable laws and permissions.

Business Authority

Use Atlas for accounts you are authorized to manage.

Do not register, claim, purchase for, or manage a business account unless you are authorized to act for that business.

Protection

Access can be limited.

Atlas may suspend, limit, or revoke access to protect customers, respondents, the platform, service integrity, or legal compliance.
