Atlas controls product activation records.
Product access is controlled by subscriptions, paid orders, admin-granted entitlements, or scoped custom offers. Atlas may correct access, billing, or entitlement records to match the applicable purchase, grant, or service scope.
Feature access may change by tier.
Upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, or expired grants may change response limits, reporting, customization, support, recovery workflows, integration access, and related product features.
Custom work is scoped separately.
One-time Off The Menu work does not automatically include survey access, subscriptions, integrations, or ongoing support unless stated in the offer.
